So I'm pimping out my PC this summer with water cooling and some other updates. I wanted to get a distro plate for my S340. Can anyone link me a site?

Oh is that what they're called theses day, as for a plate itself your going to need to get that custom designed and made at a plastics shop specific to your application and runs.
