hello i do not know allot about routers accept for speeds i have a triple router setup in my house my modem has a build in router that can't be disabled i have a D-Link DIR-868L upstairs and a TP-Link Archer C1200
down stairs  let me break this down for you

 

modem with build in router 

 

  1.    DIR-868L upstairs
    my pc
    brothers pc
     
  2.   TP-Link Archer C1200 downstairs 
    my steamlink
    my switch
    my tv
    my cable box
     

i want to know how i can connect my steamlink to my pc  using  cat 6
i can't figure out how to put any of the routers in bridged mode  if anyone know hos to do this i would be  very thankfull

Firstly only modems go in to bridge mode. 

 

Your issue is you have multiple layers of NAT and Firewall. The easy way to get around this, would be to turn off the firewalls on the other two routers, turn off NAT, disable the DHCP servers on both. Connect the routers via their LAN ports Dont use the WAN port. Essentially this setup should turn the DLINK and TPLINK routers in to switches with a wireless AP. The ISP modem/router will do all of your Firewall, NAT and DHCP duties. But this setup will make what you have one big network as opposed to having the two routers segmented off from each other. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
