Smartphone to a Monitor DIY

So, I want to know if there is a way to connect a smartphone ( a Samsung J3 2016 ) to a monitor ? 

The display is dead, and I dont really have any use for this phone. 

Can I connect a monitor to it ?

Probably connecting to my TV and have somekind of smartTV. I dont know.

Any ideas ?

ok. But is there a way to connect a monitor with the display port ? Or something like that ?
