Old Prebuilts like the Dell Precision T3400 for $100

I have a friend who wants a PC to play Skyrim (Normal with Mods) with and I suggested the Dell Precision T3400 but the problem is, there aren't many (if any) T3400s under $100 with a QC cpu and 8GB of DDR2.

My question is are there any prebuilts like the T3400 out there?

It needs to have:

A 500W PSU

A Quad-Core CPU

8GB of RAM

Maybe an included hard drive.

I suddenly wish I lived near Toronto...

You know, I continue to forget that there's a FreeGeek in my city (my memory sucks). I have to pay them a visit and maybe volunteer. :) I'll make a reminder or I'll forget again. lol
