Problem when opening apps or programs

So when i open an app or program it doesnt auromatically or show the windows mode, it always stay on the task bar while orange color is blinking on it. I want it to open immediately and not just stay on task bar so i need to click on it again just to show the window mode. Apps doing like this is f.ex. Blizzard desktop app. Any help pls.

Hi, no it doesnt happen on all software just some. I will try to check the setting when i get home and hold an update about this.

You've probably then just set those software to start minimized.
