micro usb disconnection

To start my micro usb isnt loose as in I can pull it out easy. It sticks in my controller like glue but it does wiggle if you try and if you push on the back of it and make it go up in the slightest it will disconnect. I was wondering if there is anything I can do as it fits nicely in my controller and doesnt feel loose. However I am so sick of this that I want to rush out to the store and buy a bluetooth adapter but I can't right now. Anyone know a fix I can do and please don't say the little prongs because those are 100% fine atleast compared to my last Musb that actually was loose.
