Lenovo K8 Note issues

So today my Lenovo K8 note got a deep scratch and the included charger somehow slow down and it takes 5-6 hours of charging to fully charged the phone also the "TurboCharge" stopped working. Is this covered on my warranty?

Deep scratch on the screen and faulty charger? The phone is only 1 and half months used by me.

Faulty charger and battery (if not removable) are, anything physical no. Anything physical is users fault unless phone is rated for dust, drops, moisture etc. Anything electric, related to software/hardware and such are under warranty. I only know how warranty works in EU, so I can't say for sure about other regions. Check on manufacturers support site or supplied warranty card for more details. In EU batteries have 6mo warranty and device itself usually 1 year (my country 2 years for most consumer electronics).
