I've gutted my M91P Thinkcentre and transferred it to a new case to give head way to a EVGA 750 Ti SC (PCIE Powered).

Without the GPU the computer will boot perfectly fine, but when I slip the graphics card in, everything goes, but nothing displays to the monitor (this is with the DVI still plugged into the MOBO).

Plugging the DVI into the GPU does not change the situation.

Bonus: The CPU fan freaks out in its new case (high RPMs) even with the original case fan plugged in. Any way to troubleshoot?

Thanks!
