Need Help finding adapter cable

So my friend gave me this power bank, but it only has one port, a Female USB Micro B port. So our school only uses iPads so I was wondering if there was a Male USB Micro B port to a Male Apple Lighting Charger, I don’t want a Male USB Micro B to a Regualar Female USB port as I will have to carry around another cord (but if we don’t find one I just use that)
