Says it right at the bottom:

  • Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Raven Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

Raven Ridge is the 2200G CPU. If that is the case, you can get a CPU from AMD to do the flashing process with.

You will need what Some Random Member mentioned, a Boot Kit from AMD to upgrade the BIOS IF your current CPU isnt supported and unable to boot. Here is a video from Gamers Nexus explaining the process and how you go about doing it.

You should sign up for AMD's boot kit programme on their website to request a free CPU so that you can flash the motherboard to the latest BIOS.

After that it'll work and you'll need to send the free CPU back to AMD.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

They won't be able to do that.

You need to specifically fill out the form on AMD's website.

seller?

Why not just get the free CPU from AMD to flash the BIOS and then send the CPU back to AMD?
