System can't find any boot device...Please Help

Hi everyone, yesterday my laptop fell from an half meter distance and it started to get really slow and I couldn't open any software, I thought it was the hdd, I ran the hdd diagnostic but it got stuck for 24 hrs to 12%

When I tried to restart the laptop it only appeared the bios utility and I could not reboot the system because it said THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND ANY BOOTABLE DEVICES

I thought it was the hdd o be broken so I brought another one and I replaced it but I have the same issue...pls Help me I post a screenshot of the bios, sorry for my poor english I am Italian and our forums suck...ty for your help

Before we begin is it a brand new drive or has it been fully formatted prior to installation? If so then that's normal, you gotta boot from a Windows installer and install Windows.

 

Are you sure the replacement drive is working? If so it sounds like you've damaged something else, chances are that something is on the board and because it's a laptop it's probably unfixable.

 

Before we get that drastic though, make sure the replacement drive is working (you'll need another machine for that) and is installed correctly.

Yeah it's showing in the picture so it's definitely detected. You just have to install windows and you're good.

And do you have another working PC at all in your house?

 

You need a PC connected to the internet and either a blank DVD or an 8GB flash drive.

I have my girlfriend chrome book...ut it works with chrome...I could find a flash drive around I guess...

what if I buy a new windows home dvd? does that work anyway? or if i go to an internet cafe to download the system? sorry if I keep asking I really need the laptop to work and I can't afford a new one right now, thank you for all your kind answers
