With a build of that quality you're going to be gaming in 4k so buying that monitor would be a total mismatch.

5.5/10. No ssd, entry-level aftermarket cooler on a 7820x, rubbish quality PSU and a 1080ti with a 1080p 60hz monitor is overkill.
