This one should work https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Network-Ethernet-Supports-Nintendo/dp/B00MYTSN18/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1520475642&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=ethernet+to+usb+type+a&psc=1

As @Captinjigglesworth stated, that should work. If you cannot wait for shipping, you can always go to Best Buy, Walmart, Target, or any other shop that might sell electronics and pick one up. Most of those stores will price match, so if they sell the same one that is on Amazon and Amazon is cheaper, they'll price match. I know BB does, I'm sure Walmart does, I'm sure Target has the "you shop here to get away from Walmart" tax, so they may not.

Definitely not going to work. First, good luck finding a USB A to A cable. They don't really exist, and for a good reason.

Both of the USB A ports are host controller ports, meaning they are both looking for a device (flash drive, peripheral, etc.) to connect to, not another host controller.

Not going to happen. Just get an adapter like the one linked above or use wifi.
