You can get premade solutions like ones from Cable Mod or large rolls of LED's from Amazon or Ebay and wire them up as you desire.

Are we talking case LED's or just a regular LED strip? If we're talking regular USB LED strips, just get a cheap one off of Amazon. I got one for £10 about 2 years ago and it's been on almost 24/7 and is still perfect. For case lighting, if you have a Phanteks case, get their LED strips. I have one myself and can't fault it. Only issue is that you'd have to buy an adapter to use it with a regular RGB header on a motherboard as it's designed to be used with their cases in built RGB controllers. If not a Phanteks case, Cable Mod do some nice LED strips. I believe DeepCool and NZXT also have LED strips designed to be used in a PC case.

What you would need are kits online then. You can cut and wire up the LED strip to the length you require.
