What power supply do you have? If you didn’t fiddle with the card then you can just return

Most power supplies should be able to run it just fine, as the TDP is 75 watts.

Who needs fancy graphics and high resolutions when you can get a 60 FPS frame rate on iGPUs?

To all questions , i havent touched gpu for a whole year and did not go over 65°

I have a cx750 psu and i5 2320 cpu on a asus p8p67pro rev3.1 i had 16 gb ram but 2 lanes died but somehow cpuz can still see whole 16 gb ram.

If two lanes died, then try a new Motherboard. It could be failing on you.
