Windows Failed to start

Hello!

 

Yesterday my uncle bought himself a new (100% new parts)(Dell optiplex 740 enhanced) pc from a company. As soon as he booted his pc he got an error (image attached).

Any clue how to easily solve it? He does not have a Windows installtion cd or usb drive.

 

We've already done a bios reset :)

Sorry. Already solved the issue.

Apparently the bug was on their old pc, not their new one.

He ran out of patience with the Windows Fall Creators Update and just turned off the pc (because he was going to buy a new one). So it messed up the boot settings...

He now unplugged the HDD and connected it to his new pc to grab some data off the drive.

 

He just corrupted the install of a new windows by brute forcing the pc to shut down :)
