Pc won't post

So my younger brother came home after a few week trip and his pc won't post 

Here are the specs

I7 3770k

H61 Ms gigabyte 

16 gb ram

 

Display was tried using 

Mobo output

His 1050ti

My 1080

 

Nothing seems to work

Maybe try clearing the CMOS (shortening the corresponding pins on your mobo with e.g. a screwdriver (their location should be in the manual)

2. try taking all of the ram out and booting just with one single stick at a time

3. maybe reseat the CPU

 

Do you hear any beep signals? @Scitesh

If that doesn't work try replugging the mobo and cpu power cables.

 

Also try jumpstarting it with the mobo pins and not the powerbutton

It does beep, but it does not have the error display
