Looks like a very nice PC to me!

You should only add a SSD :)

Corsair Dominator 2-pack
ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1080Ti DirectX 12 STRIX on quimly
Seagate barracuda ST3000DM008 3.5 Inch storage                                                                     EVGA 750 GQ 750W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
Will run windows

Is this a good build, and what case do you guys recommend?

Cases are really people specific. I fell in love with the NZXT S340 Elite.

But recommending a case to somebody else is like telling them what food is the best... It's all depending on the person.

Just to reinforce previous comments, this is NOT a good build because the cpu is NOT compatible with the motherboard.

 

Use pcpartpicker.com to assemble a build list. You can enter custom prices or simply zero them if you are not buying in a country support by the tool.

 

If you provide a budget and country, it is easier to make suggestions.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
