need help pc keeps restarting randomly

for the past couple of weeks my pc has been restarting  randomly the last time it restarted it failed to boot windows and was stuck on a flashing screen i manage to fix it for now but i still dont know why it keeps restarting i think i can rule out faulty RAM sticks/slots both ram/slots appear to be fine is there anything else i can do to find out what the cause of the problem might be
