You won't be able to get a proper watercooling setup under $300 with a GPU block, other than if your looking into the fluid gaming series (all aluminum). I usually recommend the P series form EKWB as they have good quality parts to build upon for a custom loop.

Yes that would be the fluid gaming kit, note the compatibility list for the GPU block and the limited options as you must use all aluminum parts. Hardline for this kit can be done but you cannot purchase hardline fittings separately only through the GPU connect kit.
