Rm is quieter but hm is a little bit more reliable and well "Beefier" you might say. It all really comes down to personal preference, if I were you I would just get whatever one is cheaper.

Actually, I'd say to get the 550 G as it's plenty already. 

 

As for the HX or RM, I'd get the RM for the cables or HX for the quality. The RM isn't bad. It just isn't as good as it 'should be' for the way it's being marketed as a high end psu.

If you care about silence, the RM is the way to go since it is engineered for silence.

If you just want better quality, the HX is the other way to go as the HX has better capacitors than the RMs as said by many people, but it still isn't that bad of an option.

Seasonic is not avaliable,i'll stick with HX series since, the are no RM's available right now )
