Voice com recording software?

Anyone know of anything that would allow me to record coms of other programs like Discord or other programs? Basically I want to only record voice not the game of things that are spoken in another client. This is mostly for coaching purposes so that I have a clearer picture of what could've gone wrong. Also so no one person can blame another for something.
