Errors with proxies and VPNs

Hello there,

I hope you had/have a nice day.

So I'm having quite a few issues which I belive have a connection.

 

1) My VPN doesnt work, with one exeption: It does on startup, but after I switch it off it doesnt anymore. Btw I tried using the browser extension for my VPN which seemes to work

2) I sometimes play around with bruteforcing where I, of course, need proxies. My bruteforce engine always tells me "Error 420 header empty" so basically, none of my proxies worked. I also tried some HQ/Private proxies which didnt work either.

 

So the thing is, I have a time cap on wifi usage per day so I change my MAC adress about twice per day (Because of the whitelist). Does this have any effect?

If that helps: Im on WIn10 64Bit and ethernet cable.

Also excuse typos since I got a new keyboard and english isnt my native.
