Problem with mouse while in-game

So when I am playing a game, let's say Fortnite and when I get into the game my mouse seems to have a turning delay.  My V-sncy is off.  So I restart my pc and that seems to fix the problem for a little bit but when I shut down my pc overnight then come back on it happens again.  I am not sure what to do with this problem.

What is the model of your mouse? Is it wired or wireless?
