Battlefield 1 performance issues

I recently build this pc; gainward gtx 1060, ryzen 7 1700 and 16 GB DDR4 3200. And i get 46 avg fps with battlefield 1

is this normal ?!! I thought my system will perform better than this

i am running this game at 1080p with max settings

just a tip... run it at high ... game are optimized for high setting ... also, try lowering some details... usually I start with Nvidia optimiser than customize from there ..
