That depends what your looking for in terms of vibrancy, Mayhem's Pastel colors are fairly good in terms of brightness and contrast.

With proper loop preparation and maintenance it won't be an issue, usually you should be changing your fluid every 6-12 months depending on conditions. 

 

There are other fluids such as Primochill's vue which has a reflective effect in their fluid but due to the number of issues that have been popping up I personally do not recommend it.
