So I am planning a build for a friend that uses Adobe Illustrator allot, but with graphics card prices being what they are these days, would a 2000 series Ryzen 5 with the Vega graphics be enough to run fairly large Illustrator files? Or does it have to have discreet graphics?

It should be fine for illustrator/Photoshop, they don't take much processing power most of the time, the iGPU will help out a bit with some acceleration.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
