20''-22'' 4k Help

Hello, I need some help with making a portable XboxOne X. Im a Firefighter and also travel sometimes and wanted to make a portable system to take with me to work for when the City isnt burning down. I found the Pelican Case 1510 is fits the carry on requirements for Flying. I have the internal LxWxH and found that only a Tv or Monitor 20-22 inches will fit. Since I have a Xbox X I wanted a 4k screen. I know 1080p is cheaper and that I might not notice the difference but I have really good eyes and wont be sitting far away when using it like this. The LG 22MD4KA-B Ultra Fine is the smallest (other then a 12.5'') 4k screen I could find most are 24'' and up. I want to know if there is way to hook up my Xbox X to that monitor and if there will be audio also if I can detached from the base.

TLDR: Can I hook up my XboxOne X to a LG UltraFine 22'' (if so how and is there a video) or a 20-22'' 4k Tv or Monitor alternative. That will fit in a Pelican 1510.

Does it have an hdmi port? If so, you can use it.
