Need help with underclocking

Hi, I am trying to underclock my AMD FX-9590 processor to the levels of an AMD FX-8350 processor. I am just wanting help on underclocking it and nothing else. I know that the 9590 is not a good cpu and it is a power hog. I do not have the funds to buy all new parts for a computer so all I am asking to help me make my computer a little bit better until I can buy all new parts. I usually stick away from overclocking and underclocking computers. I don't know anything about it, except for just hearing about it. For the most part this computer does really well. I only really see it freeze every once in awhile when I am playing ARK: Survival Evolved on a private server. This pc has been wonderful and a great experience for me since this is my first build. I have been looking at maybe seeing if getting a better AIO liquid cooler and new ram but that is out of the budget. I have been on several forums and came across making the 9590 be underclocked to 8350 settings and it being stable and cooler. I included pictures of my bios for reference. Motherboard: Asrock Extreme 9 990fx 

CPU: AMD FX-9590

Ram: 4 sticks of ADATA 4gb ram

CPU cooler: Corsair H80i

Power Supply: Cooler Master 750W Gold

Graphics Card: Nvidia MSI GTX 1060 3gb overclocked edition (running stock never overclocked)

Case: Corsair Carbide 270R
