I would get the second option. if you plan to upgrade in 2 years you can put a 8 core in there, compared to  intel 4 core.

i am confronted with 2 builds

i am on a budget

and i already have case, psu, gtx 1050 ti, and 120 ssd 

i am planning on upgrade later date at least 1-2 years

i using it for editing, designing, gaming, developing, and programming

first:

i5-7600 kabylake

msi b250 bazooka

8 gb 2400 hyperX

1 tb blue seagate

 

second:

ryzen 3 1300x(can get ryzen 5 1600)

asus prime b350-plus

8 gb 3000/2666 (available one)

1 tb blue seagate(500 gb if ryzen 5)

The one with the 1600. An actual Intel alternative would be the 8400.

 

What PSU did you get?
