What should I do??

Hey guys, looking to upgrade my r9 270x (2gb) after a few years of using it. I recently built a new pc for Christmas (my current one) and was looking to upgrade the gpu, currently my cpu is Xeon e5-2670 does anyone have any recommendations on what card I should get or should I wait until prices lower, if I were to upgrade I was thinking about getting either an r9 380x (8gb) or rx 470 (8gb) what do you guys think?

The prices won't go down, not in the near future.

or get a 1050ti, its 20% faster than 270x.
