I have an R9 390 and an i5 6500. When I play a game like Far Cry 4, I get like 55fps on ultra settings (which is still too low for a 390) but if I run at the minimum settings, I only get a boost to 70fps, which dosn't smell right. Also present in far Cry 3 and Hunter Call of the Wild. I should also mention I get a lot of stutter. No it's not a CPU bottleneck, sftu about that, and no I don't have vsync on. I have read about this everywhere but there is no actual fix, I've used DDU to uninstall old drivers, and I've tried both Catalyst and Crimson and Adrenaline, to no avail. Help? Also I have an RM650x PSU and I have two cables connected to the GPU, not a split, there is also no difference.

Far cry 4 is also buggy with my 1070. I get 50 fps at 4k ultra an 60 at 4k low and 720 low. I think it is some kind of built in fps cap. also changing from ultra to low also only gave me 10 fps. All Far cry games have that, and maybe "Hunter Call of the Wild" is also a ubisoft broken "game", i dont know.
