I think you might need to use the middle row far right 8 pin CPU power connector on your PSU. Did your PSU not come with instructions?

it did and according to corsair all 3 of those middle rails are rated for that cpu plug but i can move it over and see if it makes a difference worth a shot

i have no idea

my z77 motherboard just has two leds, a green one for when it posts successfully and a red one for memOK when there's a problem

i just click memOK when there is a problem, and it fixes it..

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

verify pin bed/socket for damage.

the error is in the CPU system. either no power, damaged pin bed, damaged trace or CPU failure.

i pretty sure there is no trace damage that i have done unless it came that way... i looked at the pin bed and didnt see any damage i will check it again ..and as for power i got the 8 pin eatx cable plugged in now
