bcd error, tried to fix it now i have a loophole of startup error

Hi, today my office computer was with a bcd error, it is a i7 first generation with a motherboard gigabyte ga-H55m, so o tried a usb start up repair, it say cant be fixed, so i tried to rebuild the bcd, but when i tried to export the bcd it says ¨"the requested system device cannot be found".
