70-80% GPU usage sounds about normal for gaming to me.

 

It looks like a slight bottleneck, but it should go away if you throw in an i7-6700/6700K. Unless it doesn't impact performance by a lot, in which case I wouldn't worry about it (=

Try increasing the graphics settings. Generally you want to be GPU bound. If the CPU is trailing the GPU it means frametime inconsistency and stuttering.
