Will this Motherboard Overclock?

ASUS AM3+ FX 760G 6 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s) Graphics Card (M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3   Will this motherboard Overclock A CPU/GPU ?

Can it, yea. 

 

Should you. No. Those chips use a good amount of power, esp when oced and thats a quick way to kill the vrm. General rule of thumb with am3 boards is don't oc if there isn't a vrm heatsink.

This chipset will theoretically allow it, but the M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 is a really cheap board that you really shouldn't overclock at all. The VRM probably has only very, very little capacity outside of the stock specifications...

So what motherboard do you recommend for AM3+ At Price Range of £40-£70 Preferably on Amazon.

A FX-4300 for the time being cos I'm  getting a FX 8350 soon

Stay away from the 8350, not much faster in games, and much slower than any modern chip like a i5 or a ryzen cpu. Really not worth it.
