Ram upgrade no boot

Last night I changed ram kits from a 2x 8g corsair vengeance 3000mhz to a 4x 8g Corsair RGB vengeance 3200mhz - and ever since I've had no connection to my display, my mice don't turn on, but my keyboard is like permanently illumanted.. but not to the colors I changed them to? 

I reset cmos, and the first stick illumanted out of 4.  So I tried removing all other sticks, except the one lit up as if it were working, and still nothing.  I've tried removing graphics card to try to force integrated graphics.. and still nothing.  I also have had my original ram back in - and now it also does not work! So my whole computer is down and I'm not exactly sure why, and I'm running out of options - but I feel like there's no way all 4 of these Corsair ram sticks / or the dim slots on my mobo are dead.
