I'm having an issue in WorldWind with importing map layers. I'm using insertBeforePlacenames() method. It worked on my WIndows 7 machine, but fails to render on my Windows 10 machine. Same code, no changes.

 

I can provide more context, but wanted to see if there was anyone familiar with WorldWind before I spend time investing in a question that won't get answered. From what I can see, WorldWind is a very small community.
