Hello

Not sure if I'm supposed to write here for problems but I need to find some kind of help and I don't know where to get it.

2 days ago while playing PUBG my PC suddenly shutdowned. At first I tought that the electricity but then I tryed to fire up my pc again it turend on for a secund and shatdown again but there were sighns that the pc was working like the diode for the CPU and the Hard drive on my case were lighted. So i left my pc unplugged for some time thinking that it was some kind of protection. Nope PC didn't start after 30 minutes so i started swaping out parts to see if something fried and then I plugged of the Gpu my GTX 970 FTW from EVGA it worked. I left it for a day and cryed my self to sleep thinking that I wont be able to get another one ever again. Today i tryed for the last time on my friend's computer and still didn't work the same thing the PC didn't start. I looked all over the internet to see a solution but still I didn't find one. The problem is that I live in Europe and EVGA doesn't support RMA for my country. The card wasn't purchased by me but I think it was from germany 2 years ago and still has waranty. There are no sighns that the card has had some kind of burning or anything to indicate that it has died it just doesn't turn on then its connected to the PSU. My PSU is working I tryed it with a friend's 1080 all good. So I guess that its dead. Any suggestions??? Thanks
