Help with first computer, pubg

Hello, i am looking to get my first pc i found two options, i can get option a or option b. Choose which will be better for pubg considering i swap th graphics cards for 780tis

 

Option a: $300

I5-6600k 

Z170 a 

H100v2 cooler

16 gb ram

2tb hard drive

Two amd 7950s linked together, i would resell and get the best i could woth he money, probably a 780ti

 

Option b: $400

Ryzen 5 1600

Ab350 pro

Not sure what cooler

32 gb ddr4 ram 2400

2 tb hard drive

Rx550 gpu, would be swapped for a 780ti.

 

Which has better value and would run pubg better after swaping the cards, and what card should i get? Option a i can get 300 for the cards so it pays for itself option b i can get 150 so i have to put down an extra 50 so its essentially 450 for option b and 200 for option b.

i have the 1600 and its a really good CPU for the price i would go with the AMD system
