Check for a ramdisk setting, samsung rapid mode, onboard GPU being enabled, or other stange ram setting.  Check performance tab of advanced system settings menu?

Doesn't have an onboard GPU it's a ryzen 1800x

So it must have been something with my BIOS because I switched to my backup bios because my board has two and it works

Based on that you may be able to repair the other bios if you try re-flashing the latest bios over the primary to prevent it from limiting you to only your backup bios.
