1)Budget is about 1,000 pre-gpu(I'm bringing over my old one until prices drop)

2)Looking to game at 1440p and recording/streaming

3)two monitors a 1440p 144 htz and a plain Janie 1920p 60htz

4)N/A

5) My current PC is almost three years old and was a prebuilt from cyberpower and I'm looking to be able to do content creation and game at higher frame rates.

That system seems like a great system but I would recommend you add some more RAM to it (probably 32 gigs) because if you're going to be recording and editing--RAM would get eaten up pretty quickly. There are many examples out there where Premiere Pro (etc.) are using more than 16 gigs of RAM  but of course, this all depends on your workload.

you could also maybe save some cash on the mobo am i right? for more ram.

yeah 16 should be enough just upgraded to that lol rip, more storage would be nice for editing tho.
