BIOS problems with msi mpower

I bought the MSI MPower in October wanting to overclock with my i5 3570K and since october I've relied on the OC genie button to provide a quick overclock. Last week I decided to finally try to get a around 4.6ghz overclock, but when i went to BIOS, to change the cpu ratio, i wasn't able to pull up the UI to change CPU ratio or the CPU voltage. I have flashed the BIOS to the most recent update 7751vH7. I am wondering if anyone else has had these problems before.

Sorry if I'm vague, I am terrible at explaining things.
