Connector Help!!! Old PC

Looks like a VA-503 Plus board but this one has extra connectors like the 20-pin power and the SODIMM slots are missing

 

This is the VA-503 diagram, it's identical to the Plus model except for the ISA slot count, this one has only 1 slot while the Plus has 3.

New PSU came in today, so I hooked it up. Socked the s*** our of my hand cause I was holding the PSU button when I turned it on. No video to monitor, so am going to check ram.

Update:

PSU does work, but odd burning smell coming from it. The problem was a bad cable, after I nearly electrocuted my self trying to plug it in. Any suggestions on the burning smell? Also pc does turn on now, if anyone would like to see the details!
