Your hard drive is showing up as UEFI enabled in the BIOS. That's what the little U next to it means.

It looks more like an issue with the boot sector on your HDD.

 

Two things you can try:

 

1. Inserting a Windows Install Media and running Startup Repair

2. See what happens if you connect it to different SATA ports on your motherboard (though I'm skeptical about this one)

 

In my experience if it was an AHCI/IDE problem, you would get to the Windows logo screen and then get a BSOD.
