Hey everyone in switching motherboards from Am3 to Am4 and I already have all my games and information installed and I was wondering if there was anyway I could just uninstall the old motherboard drivers then install the new ones for the other board. Keep in mind it's all new processor, and Ram.

technically speaking yes it's possible. practically speaking it's a major pain in the @55 and it's far less trouble to make a list of programs you want/need (or download them and store them on another drive) and just do a clean install
