Should I wait for the steam sale for the bioshock collection?

As said by cultofmush, there's is an expected steam sale on the 15th of this month, my question is should I buy the bioshock collection off fanatical atm, or should I wait for the steam sale, I'm not sure if it will get cheaper on steam than it is atm?

 

I also have the same question for the witcher 1,2,3, should I buy them now on steam as they're on sale, or will they get even cheaper or even not go on sale on the steam sale?

How long does the fanatical 2K sale last? You might be able to get them from there at a lower price than the Steam sale.

 

As for the Witcher series, I honestly don't know.

Hmm. I would say get them cheap while you can and then see about a refund if you can get them cheaper on Steam.

Can't refund games not bought directly on steam.  Also fanatical only refunds keys that haven't been revealed yet.
