You can always try something like: "program name basic tutorial", or you can start with something specific like that kinetic typography you mentioned. That's basically how I've learnt to work with After Effects :D

Hello everyone,

I have been creating YouTube contents for almost 7 years now.

I mainly self explore programs and self teaching myself with the basics of how programs works.

So I usually stick to programs with easy interface.

However, I want to step up my skills and learn proper video editing.

What would be some good sites for that?

I create various contents but with focus on text editing since I make lyrics video.

I wanted to learn kinetic typography a lot but deemed to hard.

Free sites are preferred but program costs are covered by me so no problem there.

Example:

TL;DR good websites to learn about video editing in-depth

SPECS: Intel Core i5-4460 // PowerColor Red Dragon RX 480 4GB // 1x8GB DDR3 RAM // Delta 500AB-6A PSU // HyperX Cloud Stinger / Logitech G710+ / Logitech G502 / Xbox One Halo Guardian controller // LG 24M45H 1080p //

no i literally just remember hearing about it from a different youtuber

it seems fine for TEACHING video editing

BUT....... if you ever have problems or questions related to video editing or software of any kind ... creativecow.net is the best place to get any info on pretty much anything.
