What kind of conector is this

this is a APC rack pdu or as i like to call it huge power squid, but on our PDU it has a plug that i need to know the name of so i can get a electrician to wire a plug that fits is into my wall to power my servers.

seems to be inside an gmail attachment and i don't want to link my email accout to google^^

My email is linked to google and I still can't see anything.

I could swear it looks like some sort of phishing scam anyway.
