What are you using your PC for? Are you in the US? What monitors do you already have?

There's not much point in planning now, in 3 months Ryzen 2 will be out

Then most likely buy the R7 2700 8 core and whatever X470 motherboard is good in 3 months

 

You also are only going to need a 1070/Vega 56 Class GPU, but if GPU pricing is still broken in your area just grab a GT 1030/RX 550 or some other used GPU for the time being until next gen GPUs are out.

1070 and 1080 have almost same price for me
